Clients are responsible for disclosing underground utilities or hidden hazards. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed utilities.

SECTION 4 - MERCHANDISE TERMS

Products sold through our online store are subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

For tree services: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For merchandise: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control.
